Tickets
Visitors were able to order tickets in our online shop with Xing Events. The Full Conference Ticket is available for 149 EUR incl. 19% VAT. It entitles visitors access to all LinuxTag and droidcon conference talks, the exhibition floor, and all workshops, for all three days. Meals and drinks are included during the day until 6:00 p.m. Your pass also entitles you to access to the re:publica exhibition on Thursday, May 8, 2014, which runs in parallel to LinuxTag 2014.
A limited number of Early Bird Tickets are available for 99 EUR incl. 19% VAT. This ticket entitles visitors to the same access as the Full Conference Ticket.
Saturday, May 10, 2014 is Community Day. A special Saturday-only Ticket, valid only on this day, is available for 10 EUR incl. 19% VAT.
New this year were a limited number of LinuxTag Scholarships (free full conference access).
Tickets for exhibitors and projects are available through the event manager.

Purchase in the Ticket Shop Recommended
We recommend using the Ticketshop to purchase tickets instead of waiting to purchase them at the conference center. The reasons for this are that we will only have a small allotment of tickets at the conference for sale, and even more importantly, that tickets sold at the conference include a surcharge of 10 euros per ticket to pay for catering costs for short-notice attendees. As such, the surcharge does not benefit LinuxTag directly. The online shop accepts credit cards, ec/Maestro debit cards, and payment by invoice. Invoices with VAT details are sent by email. Attendance fees for LinuxTag may be tax-deductible for our attendees paying taxes in Germany (see Educational Leave), and these invoices may be used when filing your tax report.
Opening Hours
Admission to LinuxTag start at 9:00 a.m. Conference times are 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Additional tracks are introduced in 2014 during the evening: The extended conference program from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. is free of charge.
