This track takes a look at this role from several points of view, and describes how developers, system engineers, testers, designers, and others get their job and how they use Open Source in their job's daily routine. The track also answers questions regarding what recruiters in the personnel department are looking for in addition to what really lies behind job titles and job requirement profiles.
